Victoria has built a successful career in property management and consultancy spanning two decades, working directly with a number of renowned national housebuilders including Barratt London and Berkeley Homes.
With expertise in leasehold property management and complex new build developments, Victoria offers consultancy services to developers ranging from management and operational strategies, service charge modelling and delivery, as well as planning compliance through to mobilisation and exit strategies.
We are fully compliant and are registered for Data Protection and Anti-Money Laundering. We are also members of the Property Redress Scheme.
